This card is freaking great. Too bad it cost 3 power to play it bit the end results are worth it. It fits in any shadow rush deck so far and your opps may be woundering weather to damage it or not.

This is one of the most underestimated Units in the game. On it's own, it is a 3 health Unit for three power that is Shadow, Orc, AND Undead. This gets you closer to Shadow benefits, benefits from BOTH Fallen Chieftain bonuses (Attack and Damage Bonus), and makes it benefit from a Necromatic Orb. There are also several quests which provide bonuses to Shadow Units (Gharin's Note, Collecting Gnoll Bounty, etc). When paired with other Units, you can attack and simply match your attack with the available opposing defense so that you intentionally damage the Fallen Berserker and increase it's damage bonus. Or, you can just let it get damaged when your opponent attempts the Quest it is played at. or, use Orc Taskmasters and Fanatics to damage it. Orc taskmasters are usually a crappy 1 power Unit, but with Fallen Berserkers not only are they very affordable, they are very useful to ramp up the damage. When you have other Units to provide needed Attack, Fallen Berserker is ALL about his Damage Bonus. Since he initially comes into play with 3 health, I find he has much greater staying power then an Igneous Adept, but turns into the same, if not greater offensive power easily. I have done 6 damage in a turn with this beast and just one Fallen Chieftain at the Collecting Gnoll Bounty quest.
Malcolm Too much pain for not enough gain Oct 8, 2007
This guys is too spendy for the benefit it bestows on your army, sure the extra +2 damage looks good on paper but I doubt you'll be able to pull it off in a meaningful situation.
