| This card illustrates what I feel is one of the design flaws of the game. While it is pretty easy to take massive damage in a single turn, or repeatedly turn after turn after turn, it is very difficult to heal damage or raise your Avatar's health total. This is arguably one of the best cards for recovering health but this is at the cost of 4 power, and you only get the full benefit after 3 whole turns! This gives plenty of opportunity for your opponent to Sunder it, or return it to your hand, etc. Furthermore, it is a secondary item so if you plan on using a Shield or two handed Item, the Stein is worthless. For a Rare card, this should only cost three power to play in my opinion. | |||||||||

This site provides detailed information on individual cards, card combinations, strategies, and card decks used by Legends of Norrath. This turn based strategy game requires a depth of strategic thinking that you won't find in many online games. The community around the game tends to be much more civil than most online communities.
